Program qualifications

Start with a plan you can realistically complete.

We consider the complete picture—not only a credit score. Final approval and terms depend on the applicant, property, and written agreement.

01

Stable income

You should be able to document reliable household income and demonstrate that the monthly housing payment fits your budget.

02

Required down payment

Every opportunity requires a down payment. The amount varies by property, agreement, and applicant situation.

03

Ability to maintain the home

Lease-purchase agreements may assign maintenance or repair responsibilities differently from ordinary rentals. Review the written terms carefully.

04

A path to financing

The goal is to become mortgage-ready within the agreement period. Credit challenges may be workable, but the plan must be realistic.

05

Complete and accurate information

Be prepared to discuss income, employment, move-in funds, desired areas, household needs, and known financing obstacles.

Important: Meeting these general considerations does not guarantee approval, a particular home, or future mortgage financing. A down payment is required.
