How it works

A lease-purchase plan with a clear destination.

Live in the home while working toward the financing needed to purchase it. You receive time and structure—not a guarantee of future approval.

1

Start with your situation

We review your desired area, household needs, income, timing, down payment, and factors affecting mortgage readiness.

2

Find an available home

Qualified applicants may review homes that fit their budget and program requirements. Availability changes.

3

Review the agreement

Understand the purchase price, option period, payment, maintenance responsibilities, required down payment, and what happens if you do not purchase.

4

Work toward financing

Use the lease-purchase period to address credit, documentation, savings, debt, or other financing obstacles.

Important: A lease purchase is not the same as a traditional rental. A down payment is required, and payments or option consideration may be nonrefundable as stated in the final agreement. Review every agreement carefully.
